STEP 1
The key to having beautiful, defined lips is making the center of the lips look voluminous!
First, make both edges of the lower lip color fuzzy with moisturizing concealer.
STEP 2
With the color at the center of the lips looking relatively voluptuous, reapply lipstick several times only to the center of the lips.
Now, do your lips look funny, like the lips of a penguin?

STEP 3
Apply lipstick on the entire lips including the center, as if re-coating them.
